Christina Mullins, Principal

Ms. Christina Mullins

I am truly blessed to begin my 27th year serving children and families in St. Charles Parish Public Schools. It is an honor to serve as the principal of R.J. Vial Elementary, and I am excited about all that the 2026–2027 school year will bring as we embrace our theme, “Growing a Jaguar.” Together, we will continue planting the seeds of success, nurturing growth, and helping every Jaguar Dream It, Believe It, and Achieve It!

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of teaching at Albert Cammon Middle School and serving as Assistant Principal at Norco Elementary, R.J. Vial Elementary, and J.B. Martin Middle School. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Nicholls State University and my Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of New Orleans. Each of these experiences has helped shape my commitment to creating a school environment where students are supported, challenged, and encouraged to reach their fullest potential.

Over the summer, I have spent much of my time collaborating with our faculty and staff to plan and prepare for an exciting new school year. Our focus remains on providing our students with meaningful learning experiences while supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth.

I look forward to continuing our strong partnerships with our families, stakeholders, business partners, and community members. It takes all of us working together to help our Jaguars grow and thrive, and I am excited to see what we will achieve together during the 2026–2027 school year.
